Substitutions/Cancellations

We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on-site at the conference.

If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less an $70.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before 22 January 2015. Abstract submission fees are non-refundable.  If you join ASLO online at the time you submit your registration for the conference and then cancel your registration, your ASLO membership is not refundable.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to the same credit card that was used for the original registration or optional fee transaction.  We cannot issue the refund by check or electronic fund transfer or to another card as long as the original credit card is still valid.
