Substitutions or Cancellations

We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on-site at the conference.

If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $115.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before 16 May 2016. Registrants who cancel on or after 17 May 2016 will be not be eligible for any part of a refund.

The conference management office must be made aware of all substitutions or registration transfers in writing. Email notification is preferred.

To provide cancellation notice, request a refund, withdraw your presentation, or to advise us of a substitution, please send an email to Lynda West, 2016 ICRS Project Manager, at lyndaw@sgmeet.com. You also may fax your request to 1-254-776-3767. Make sure you include the correct exit code for your country when dialing.

Withdrawal of Presentations

Authors whose papers are accepted and scheduled for presentation at the meeting must notify the conference management office and the lead session organizer if they need to withdraw. Authors are encouraged to send such notice before 16 May 2016. If notice of withdrawal is received after this date, a presentation withdrawal fee of $85 will be charged.

The registered presenting author may have another author present the paper at no charge. Author substitution can be done at any time. He or she must notify the conference project manager, Lynda West, of this change by email at lyndaw@sgmeet.com.
